Rootstock In The Redwoods Recipes

On Saturday, July 26, Rootstock members gathered under the redwoods at Huddart Park for an afternoon of connection, curiosity, and peak-season flavor. Chef-educator Laura Stec led a sensory tasting and demo, pairing fruit from our partner farms with spices, herbs, and house-made tinctures. From blueberry-lavender fizz to cardamom strawberries and pluot-honey whip, the menu celebrated playful, plant-forward combinations. We’re sharing her recipes here so you can recreate the experience at home.
