🍓 Never Miss a Berry Update

Sometimes email providers get a little too cautious and hide our messages. Here’s how to make sure you don’t miss out:

Add Us to Your Contacts

Add hello@rootstock.earth to your contacts list. This helps your inbox recognize us as someone you want to hear from.

If You Use Gmail:

Sometimes our emails land in your Promotions tab. Here’s how to fix it:

  1. Open your Gmail inbox

  2. Check the Promotions or Spam tab

  3. If you see a Rootstock email, drag it into the Primary tab

Click “Yes” when Gmail asks if you want to do this for future emails

Apple Mail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.

Simply open any email from us and click “Add to Contacts” or “Add to Safe Senders.”
Each provider is a little different, but adding us once helps future emails land safely.
